• pushed digital marketing & sales (before it was fashionable)
• set up marketing & sales academies that don’t smell like “training” — they deliver results

Hi is a big fan of systemic coaching, agility, sustainable development, and grass-roots change.

Off work, he’s a husband and dad of two grown-up young men.
And a full-on music maniac: writing songs, playing keys and singing in two bands.
