With (Dr.) Lukas von Hippel we can broaden our horizons and enter new topics and areas. Lukas will join our missions whenever we are supposed to support our customers in enabling innovation and change.

Lukas has more than 30 years of experience in chemistry and biotechnology, thereof 15+ years with full P+L responsibility.

He repeatedly turned around tricky situations, always combined with innovation. He does that based on different perspectives, different questions, and challenging the status quo. All this is part of a methodology that supports future growth even against industry trends.

In his private life, Lukas is married, father of four grown-ups, passionate about new perspectives, and curious by nature. As he is in business.
