Lee – Our Specialty Chemicals Dude, based in Atlanta, GA, US:

After more than 40 years of experience, Lee recently ‘retired’ from global chemical multinationals like AkzoNobel and Kemira, where he held positions like Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Vice President Sales and Marketing Americas.

His focus has been on Sales and Marketing excellence, Key Accounts, and Team Building.

Lee is based in Atlanta, GA, US, but has worked extensively in most regions of the world. His approach in all his roles is personal, practical, and hands-on. He uses his sense of humor and professional presentation skills to capture attention and deliver clear messages. Strengths include pricing and profitability leadership, product line rationalization, and M&A execution and implementation.

 In his private life, Lee is blessed with a wife of 43 years, 2 children, and 4 grandchildren. Hobbies include music, bourbon, cooking, and a tiny koi pond. He is also a serial volunteer. 

Jay – Our M&S Excellence and Value Creation Dude, based in Singapore

Jay is a native South African who has been living in Singapore for 14 years. He has more than 25 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in the Chemical Industry and has worked as Country Segment Head, Managing Director South Africa, Global Marketing Director and Global VP Marketing, Business Planning, and Direct Purchasing for companies like Ciba Specialty Chemical and Huntsman Group.

He is passionate about engaging and collaborating with industry stakeholders and diverse cultures and nationalities acting as an enabler and coach in the field of sales, marketing, and general management for value creation.

In his personal life, he is a husband and father who enjoys travel, walking, stand-up comedy and movies.
